The Kusar Cave is located only 1 km from the village of Kusar, deep within the village, with an almost forested view. It is situated in terrain within the range of the Pashtriku Mountains. This cave has a characteristic rocky and stepped courtyard, which allows visitors who want to explore the interior to walk through it.

Its existence is believed to be ancient. The Directorate for Economic Development in Gjakova has invested in turning it into a tourist attraction. With a total of three entrances, it is thought that other entrances may be discovered within the cave.

Just a few meters to the east of the Kusar Cave is the Rent Cave, which, together with the Kusar Cave, constitutes an attraction of its own.
