The Waterfall of Drini Bardhe, is the natural beauty and tourist attraction of the municipality of Peja. It is one of the most spectacular waterfalls in Kosovo, which is visited by tourists throughaut the year.
The source of Drini i Bardhe is one of the most important sources of Kosovo and one of the sources that supplies the city of Peja with drinking water. It originates near the montain of Rusoli, from the stone of the cave of Radac at an altitude of 586m. The source also creates the beautiful waterfall of Drin with a length of 30m. In the territory of Kosovo - Drini i Bardhe meanders for 122km in north- south direction.
It collects the waters of Lumbardhi of Prizren. With a size of 4646 km² and the Drini basin is the largest of the 4 water catchment bains of Kosovo. Access to the spring can be done from two sides : where one side leads from the road of the hydropower plant or the restaurant "Ujvara e Drinit" to then follow the pedastrian path along the beauty of the Drini i Bardhe river in a length of up to 400m, as well as the other approach in the direction of the " Trofta of Drini" restaurant, where you can drive up to the path to continue walking to the waterfall.
