The festival consists of four competitive film programs: the European Film Program, the Balkan Film Program, the Medium-Length Film Program, and the Documentary Film Program.
PriFest also includes non-competitive programs, such as the Focus Program, which promotes the cinematography of a specific country or director, and the Let It Be Program, developed in collaboration with OUTFEST LA, a film festival dedicated to topics related to the LGBTI community.
