Noli’s Konak is located in the northwestern part of North Macedonia in the prime area of Sunny Hill. It was the first private hotel in the ski resort, built in 1982. In August 2010, a young Swiss couple originally from Tetovo purchased the property and decided to completely renovate the building, bringing it up to high European standards.

The owners were motivated to invest in their homeland and bring their experiences from Switzerland and travels around the world to a place like Sunny Hill, which deserved a venue such as Noli’s Konak. The renovation and investment were made entirely by the Swiss couple. They chose to keep the original name, "Konaku," but added the name of their young son, Nol, ultimately naming the hotel "Noli’s Konak."

Noli’s Konak won the IWANTSNOW-AWARD in 2013 for the best BRONZE hotel.
