The family-based cellar Kosova Wine is located in the southeastern part of Rahovec, Kosovo, and was officially established in 2011. The cellar is equipped with modern technology for the production of red and white wines as well as alcoholic beverages.

The winery's owner, Fatmir Shehu, an Albanian-American, drew inspiration from the American wineries of the North, particularly those in Napa, California, making Kosova Wine a unique destination. The winery is surrounded by vineyards, and from its vantage point, visitors can enjoy one of the most beautiful landscapes of Rahovec and its surrounding vineyards.

The core values of the winery lie in producing high-quality wines and spirits, including brandy and unique grape-based juice. The area is deeply rooted in the tradition of winemaking, as evidenced by an earthen barrel discovered buried in the vineyards where the facility now stands. Other ancient artifacts, including vessels and stone inscriptions from the Roman-Illyrian period, have been found in the region. These artifacts, over two thousand years old, demonstrate that wine production has been a tradition in this area, particularly in the vineyard regions, since ancient times.
